newbie

Hi my name is Jennifer and I came across this site while doing research on how to battle our very first war against fleas. I have 6 cats. Our first is Hollywood, my 11 yr old long haired big black baby. Next is Mistletoe, my 10 yr old silver tabby. Then we have Cleopatra....or Patsy who is our 9 yr old abbysinian. Charlotte is our most spoiled girl. She is a 3 yr old seal point himilayan. She was supposed to be our last addition, but then I found Jack and Gretchen...or Gretchi-lou. They were abandoned in our neighborhood a approximaely 2 weeks of age. I had only planned to care for them until i could find them homes, but after having to syringe feed them formula for a few weeks and then finger feed them for another, I just couldn't give them up. They are my "wonder twins" and they are extremely attatched to me and each other. They are a pair of silver tabbies and are now almost 5 months old. My babies are all terribly spoiled....and they rule the house as they have come to outnumber us mere humans.

Sounds like you have a nice bunch of kitties - and how lucky they are to be so spoiled.

Re: "Gretchi-lou", there is a thread in The Cat Lounge were everyone is posting all of the nicknames they have for their pets. I think it's titled "Let's embarrass ourselves" haha
