Wow, Lucy looks gorgeous!
Your cat looks like a younger version of my parent's cat, Smokey! Every summer, my parents do that exact haircut on him!! He has really long hair, and it's cooler for him, I think! Needless to say, he thinks he's the "cat's meow"!!!

LOL I give Isha the 'boot cut' during the summer months (maybe I wont this year).
Its basically the same as a lion cut, but you just trim the sholders and belly/back area, everything else stays. The tail fur is all still there too.
