Hi All...I just received the March 2006 issue of Cat Fancy magazine...This issue focuses on Rescue cats and Ferals. It has some really good articles about successful TNR programs around the world. I hope you all get to read it and some of it's articles, because it is very inspiring to get involved in these programs.
