I am finally free from my insomnia.
I actually woke up on my own, after 14.5 hours of sleep.
I did funny things all day yesterday because i had no sleep at all the day before, but now i am happy and well rested.
I just need time to finish my schoolwork and write my book.

I just wanna scream, " Free, free, FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Good for you! It is an awful thing to not be able to sleep when you are tired.
GREAT LUCK with the school work!

Thanks, yeah it sucks not to be able to sleep.

The school work is actually a science project that i have procratinated on for a long time
, but through no fault of mine
because of the other work they give us every day. Three hours of homework is too much if you ask me.

Well, i told my language arts teacher that i thought she was an elf that got her ears rounded. (You know, in books and movies elves have pointy ears?)
Then i laughed hysterically for over a minute.

I think she understood that i hadn't slept, because she said "I think wesley needs a nap"
. She is cool though, so i dont think she was really insulted.

Glad you got past yours, Wesley.
Well, i have doubts about tonight. But i am at least in my right mind today!

Oops, sorry people, i forgot the other things i am free from. Lol. The school i go to now is really terrible because of the work load and stuff, but now i have finally turned in my application for the really good high school(which i have been told i will definitely get into) and i only have to go another four months without killing anyone(
), and i will be free, free, free from this god-forsaken school and its stress and all that jazz. You dig? lol

I am free from my doubt in myself, because i have finally gotten around to reading Eragon, and have realized that i could do just as well as Paolini. Granted, he is a good writer, and started younger, but not perfect, and the way my mind works, i see his books as a personal challenge to me. Like, "I won, you would waste your time. Don't even try it. You have no chance. I was successful, but you would just go unnoticed." Even though i know Christopher Paolini is probably a really nice person, but still. And anyway, wouldn't it be the perfect time to try? I am fourteen, a year younger than he was, and wouldn't that be the perfect victory, a year younger?
In short, i plan to write a book.

So what's the boook about???
For almost a month now I have been waking up at 2:00 am-today it was exactly 2:00am!! It will vary within 30 minutes either way. Haven't changed sleeping routine. The only thing I can think of is that its been warmer than usual and our bedroom is too warm (it still would be cold to most people I know as we rarely ever turn the heat on the this room!!) But I've run the ceiling fan as that really hasn't made a difference. So annoying!!

I'm so happy for you! That's great news.

I have bouts of insomnia quite often, but until 9 months ago, I was hooked on a heavy dose of prescription sleeping pills for over 3 years, and I'm still recovering.

Well, actually i haven't been in a position to speak with her since regaining my sanity, however by my warped memories it does appear that she understood my plight.

\t[IQuote=GailC]So what's the boook about???[/quote]

What makes you think i'd tell you??
Nope, until it is at least published, i will not betray its plot or story. But rest assured, you people will all know when i have published it.

Sleep? What's that? Actually, it's 4:41am and I am awake, but that's because I am at work and bored out of my mind. Nothing going on. But I know all about the lack of sleep. There are times when I work night shift and I have the day off after, that I will just stay up. That means I have been up in the afternoon the day before, work all night and then stay up all day when I get home. Lack of sleep will make you do some goofy things
