Okay so my Phenom has fleas. The never ending problem. I dont have the money right now to go get the flea stuff from the vet but i will in a couple of weeks. Its it okay to just give her a bath once a week until then to keep them under control. i know to much bthing will dry out herskin and irritate her. And does anyone have any reccommendations as to what i should or could use to kill the live flea right now?
THANKS!!

I don't recommend the flea baths. They hardly ever work, and can be toxic. Advantage is cheaper than Frontline, and works better, if that helps...

You can use a flea comb. Drop the fleas into a cup of soapy water to kill them. I second the recommendation for Advantage - in my experience it is much more effective.

If you bathe, use Dawn dishwashing lotion, just a few drops. The warm water and the soap will only stun the fleas, not kill them so you need a flea comb as well to remove the fleas.
