One of my new stray boys insists on sitting on the side of the bathtub while I take a bath every night! He loves the water, puts his paws in it, and just watches.
He also tips over his water bowl all the time, playing in it!

Right now the pecans are falling from the tree in the yard where my cats are.
They follow me around and Speedboat trys to climb up my pants leg because they want me to crack pecans and feed them. Both Muffin and Speedboat love them.

Bear loves to be pulled in Dr. Pepper boxes! He goes and jumps inside the box and sits there until somone pushes him. He sits up like he's driving a car. Hes sooo spoiled.

P.S why does it say im breaking a rule? Im pretty sure im not.

My 5 year old, Mushroom, insists that I chirp back to him. If he meows or chirps at me I have to chirp back or he'll just keep meowing and chirping until I finally give in just to make him be quiet. It drives me crazy in the middle of the night.

My 13 year old, Bella, insists that I pet her every time she catches her toy mouse. She will "catch" her toy mouse and carry it around the house in her mouth and just screech and wail until someone acknowledges that "Yes, you're a good girl. You caught your mouse.". She seems to have a thing for doing it at 4:30am when everyone is in bed.

Between the two of them I barely get any sleep. God love them.

Danny likes that too. He'll jump in a box and wait until I drag him around my apartment. Of course I make train noises and announcements for the "Danny Express".

Another one of my parents' cats, Felix, loves to swing in a bed sheet held lenghthwise between two people. Laundry-day can take some time, (or at least the sheet folding) because we always like to play "Swing-Swing" with him. And of couse my mother and I sing to him while we do it.

Bailey won't eat until there is fresh kibble in her bowl. It can be full, but she begs and begs until I put a few pieces of fresh stuff on top. I tell her all the time, there is food in your bowl, I can see it. But she doesn't care.

She will, however, crawl behind little table the food dishes are on, and eat kibble that has been lying there for weeks. So she doesn't mind stale kibble, unless it's in her food dish. And to her, stale is more than an hour old.

I once tried to show her how to get it for herself. I opened the pail where I keep it, right beside her food dish She studk her head in the pail, looked at it, looked at me, and meowed again. I think she was telling me, "Yeah, that's it, not put it in my bowl".

Miya's favorite toy broke recently. It was this beat up old birdie on a plastic string. I have bought her all these great toys and she INSISTS I play with the birdie. It broke into two pieces--the plastic stick and the birdy with the plastic cord. She will take that toy and put it near me and stare at me as if to say, "Yeah, I know you're watching. Start playing NOW." So, I go to pick up the toy and try to play with her but then she'll look at the toy and then at me as if to say, "This is pretty stupid. I am so not impressed with you right now." And the odd thing is...she insists that I try to make an effort with this broken plastic birdie toy.

Scooter has a different take on playing with boxes. He likes to put his front paws in and run with his back feet, pushing the box. It is really cute until he pushes a box in front of me and trips me.

In order for Peter to greet me or let me pet him when I get home from work every day, I have to say "Where's Big Pete?" in a really deep voice. Only then, does he come running and gets extremely affectionate.

Then, when I leave the room where her food is, she will come meowing her face off at me. I have to pick her up, put her down in front of the bowl, give her a pet on the back, and then, she eats.

Let me hear about your kitties
Ohhh, mine is too similar

Chichi will watch me prepare her food, set it down, and then just stare at me
Not all the time only when she wants to be a princess
only she does not want me to bring her to the food, but rather me bring the food to her, and yes I do it
I bring her food, along with her mat so food does'nt get all over the bed, table or whatever or wherever she happens to be laying. And then I have to take it away when she's done so I don't interfere with her space. And I wonder why she is an evil, spoiled little princess

Smidge adores ripping boxes up with her teeth and leaving the shreds around the floor. When one box is finished she demands another. I have many cardboard boxes stored in a closet, so I'm ready for when she needs a new one. I keep three or so out at a time. I soooo love it when company comes over to see empty boxes lying around and shreds all over the rugs

When Charlie is in the right mood (usually while I'm trying to cook dinner) he demands to be picked up and carried. He just wants you to carry him around, he doesn't care where. Charlie also won't eat "leftover" food from his dish... but if you add a couple of pieces of fresh he goes to town!

Tiny loves to have her treats brought in to her while she lies on my bed, and will only take her meals in the master bedroom bathroom.

Bucky loves to play "Where's Bucky" and sneak up and attack us.

Sister is pretty low key but she does demand her own space on the couch.
