As you know I have had the house on the market for a
few months now with no nibbles not even a swim by lol
but yesterday a guy came buy to look at the house he
walked through took his time and left. my agent came
by last night for me to sign some papers and said that
the guy that had come by wanted to make an offer.
she told me the price he was willing
to give and that he was willing to pay cash..
so this little froggy jumped. i signed the contract
today and we should be free and clear and closed on
the 30th of this month!
which means we should be headed north the beginning of
Feb.
