How do I change a thread title?

I want to change the title of "Question? Short Story review" in the Paws and Reflect thread to "Short Story: to be reviewed by TCS members" Can I do this or not?

You can change it if you edit your post but it doesn't change in the forum thread title list, just in your thread.

I actually think if it is very soon after you begin the thread, you can change it. After that, a moderator would have to change it for you.

Yeah, I believe it falls under the five minute time limit. If you don't change the title before five minutes is up, the title will stay the same on the forum page, even though you can still edit the content of your post for 24 hours.
