Humping

Hello all. I have a question about humping. My little boy is 2 years old and was neutered when he was 6 months. With in the last week he has been humping a stuffed animal 3-5 times a day. He has even been seen sitting at the end of the couch playing with himself. Is that normal? My boyfriend wants me to take away the stuffed animal and hide it. I'm hoping it's normal, but I thought that if they were neutered that they won't hump things. Any one know whats going on?

Neutering takes away the possibility of kittens and cuts down on the chance of spraying/ increased aggression, but you can never really eliminate that drive. Let him have his "toy girlfriend". He is not harming anyone. He would probably just start humping other things.
