Pearl is mad at me!

Her ear was caked with brown goo when she came out of her nest to visit. It looked like blood at first, but it was waxy stuff, watery stuff, and a little blood from scratching. I cleaned it as best I could with warm water and cotton balls, just around the part of the ear that sticks up, not into the ear canal. It was soooo icky, now her little ear is red, and it looks like a bad case of earmites. I have some stuff that the vet gave me, but I have several bottles of different things, and am not sure which is which. Does anyone know the name of the earmite med that starts with a "T" I think. I would look, but I am not home. It is weird, it came on so suddenly.
