I just thought I would share that last week while visiting family, I figured Id run down to PetSmart and get Cougar something new to play with so he doesnt get bored being in a different place. I am sure you all have seen the blue donut looking thing with the pink ball inside and the cat chases the ball around the donut. Well now they have one that instead has one of those lifelike furry mice inside on a wire contraption. Being that Cougar already has a blast with all these furry mice I have bought him....he absolutely loves this new toy. It was $11 and I would say he has more than got his money worth. I was a little concerned that it may break easily, but he has tried his best to pull that rat out of there by clawing and with his teeth, and so far it has held up completely. If you have a cat that likes the furry mice, I highly suggest you get them one of these.

Cool! I think I have seen it in stores a few times before, but have yet to buy it..I'm just worried they won't like it, maybe they will get it for their birthday which is around the same time, in a couple months!

I'm glad Cougar likes it so much, though! Sounds like fun for him!! And he hasn't gotten bored of it yet??

no he still takes his spells to play with it. Just depends on when he notices it. Right now its 2am and he hits it once or twice, runs up stairs and back down as fast as he can, comes sliding in the computer room, gathers himself and starts all over again. The cat is crazy

We have one of those, but it's battery operated. So the mouse spins around all on it's own. Sam goes crazy for it. I only turn it on once in a while, so they don't get bored.

Hmmm, I wonder if Jordan would like it & if so how long it would stand up to the maniac. He is a crazy cat & when he really gets fired up I call him destructo boy. He's very good at breaking things when he's angry or really happy.
