How to put a picture on the signature

Help.. I Understand that you need to put click on the picture button, but how do i make my picture into a Url? im so confused maybe someone can help.. that an how to put up my own avator.

In order to link a picture onto your signature, you have to host it somewhere on the net that allows remote linking. Many of our members have an account on Photobucket.

Here on TCS, members do not get to upload a custom avatar until they reach a certain level of membership.
