Is my sig too big?

Hi, everyone! I haven't been on the board for awhile & wanted to see if my latest attempt is too big before I use it..
When I saved it in Photoshop elements, it was below 30kb, it shows on My Pictures @ like 30.9, & on Photobucket at 31, so I figured I'd post it & go from there. Thanks!

O.K., I got it down to 29.. I think. It's tough when 3 different formats show it all as a different size.
My biggest problem is with the letters losing clarity & looking so blurry, I haven't found a way around this yet, it's frustrating.

Yep thats undersize I use a mixture of Photoshop and photoeditor to resize I find that photoshop still keeps the files pretty big so normally do the last bit with photoeditor. Its worth playing with different methods of resizing.
