Bump on lower lid

awhile ago I noticed a small bump on Meish's lower lid. It didn't seem to bother her so I didn't think anything of it and the vet didn't say anything and she's been a few times since I've noticed it. Tonight it seemed bigger. Maybe its because I'm paranoid and she's on medication again for her ears and I'm just thinking 'what next'.

Does anyone know what these bumps are?? I've seen them on other cats as well. Is it like a sty??

I did a google and the only thing I could find was for an infected tear duct - definitely not what you have.

could be a lot of things -I would have it check though - better to be safe than sorry!!
