Trinity is so Fat!!!! I am almost positive that she is pregnant, but how do I know when and what can I do to help prepare for it? I'm worried because she's about the size of a 4 month old kitten, she's kinda a midget just like her mom. Will it hurt her?

Take her to the vet. If she isn't pregnant then get her spayed.
Audrey....best thing to do is take her to the vet as Hissy has stated. The vet can verify whether she is indeed pregnant and also tell you whether it is safe for her to deliver given her size. If she is not pregnant, it would be best to have her spayed.

Actually, if she is pregnant, it would be best to probably have her spayed anyway considering her size, giving birth could actually kill her. How old is she?
If you are unsure about whether or not you agree with spaying when pregnant, you could just take her in for the spay and tell the vet there is a chance she might be pregnant but you don't want to know. They will just spay her and not tell you and then you won't feel bad about it.
