Say a cat has roundworms, do you think the kitty would be peeing and pooping outside of the box becuase of that?

Regardless, if you even suspect your kitty has roundworms, this warrants a prompt trip to the Vet, as would be the first step in any sudden behavior change such as this. Serenity had quite a nasty case of roundworms when she first found us.

Even if he's peeing as well?

Yes with the pee as well. It's just kind of like us with the flu or something. We dont feel well, although we make it to the toilet

They cant. They might just feel they have to go now, and scince they dont feel well, it might just happen where the cat is.

It might also be that he is unaltered. Hopefully after his neuter tomorrow he will be better.
