British Blues, anyone?

Hi guys, I know the folks here have gorgeous kitties... there are a host of beautiful bengals, pretty persians, stunning sphinxes, and captivating coonies... But I've yet to notice any British Blues!

So if you have a cat of this breed, post some pix up here! I've only got Catsy and Wukong, who are most definitely not blues, but I love the breed and would appreciate if owners could do what they do best... show em off!

My sister has a blue Brit!!!! His name is Sebastian and he is a WONDERFUL cat!! Here are some pictures I have of Sebastian!

This is him with my mom's cat, Bailey. The two are littermates!

Aww... look at Bash enjoying his scritches!! I love those big round bugeyes and their plushie fur and their paws and the overall stockiness... too adorable! Plus, I heard they tend to have quite interesting characters!

After Joe and I started living together, we got a cat that looked very much like a blue. I named him Sebastian. Unfortunately, he slipped out of the open apartment door one night when he was around 6 months old. We never did find him.
They are beautiful cats!!

Such a coincidence, the first two blues mentioned here are both called Sebastian! Is it the default blue name?

Most of the blue cats here are DSH!!! But still oh so sexy cute!!

Thought I'd post some pictures of Bailey, too, just for the fun of it.
He belongs to my mom and dad and is Sebastian's littermate. My mom and sister adopted their Brits at the same time. They are WONDERFUL cats - and decadenz, I totally agree with you. I LOOOVE their big, round eyes and how pudgy they are, and YES - their PLUSH, soft fur!!

They are an amazing breed, Brit shorthairs are... but I just have a biased preference for the blues It's something about the shade of their fur that makes their coat seem even softer... charming!
