Anyone watch that North Shore Animal Leauge

show on Animal Planet? I saw it for the firs time last night & oh my gosh did I cry There was a lady who had to turn in her puppy she'd had for 4 months because her 6 year old dog would not accept the puppy One would think having seen many cats come into our shelter I'd be used to this by now, but I think it was the fact that they showed the dog sitting by the door & every person that came in the puppy was hoping was its owner It was too much I'm not sure I can ever watch that show again I cried so hard.

Oh! I LOVE this show..Its called "A Dog's Life"??

My Sunday a.m ritual is to get up and watch Campus Vets (CDN Show), that other show about dog showing and then the North Shore one...
I am always crying by the end of it, either happy or sad...I just wanted to smack the woman who got all mad at them for not accepting her daughter's dog after a divorce. The dog had been on a chain its whole life, and likely not allowed even off the property ever and when they tested it for sociability, the dog reacted negatively and as per policy, they didn't take him.. The woman should have voiced her anger at her daughter, not the shelter..

I want the Animal Planet channel but think I would need to order a whole other bundle to get it.

Me too! I love that show. I only just recently discovered what time and channel it's on though, so now I tape it. I always get a bit teary eyed too.
