Ok here's the story.

So I was trying to impress this really hot rocker guy and so I was like "Dude..I need to put on some eyeliner!" I've never put on eyeliner myself before..EVER cuz I never really cared about make up. Not to mention I've never done anything with my glasses off. Imagine the results yet? Well here they are..

Needless to say.......I missed where I was aiming for.......

Oh and now it won't come off..

Have any cold cream?? That will clean it off quickly. If not, try a LITTLE face moisturizer. Don't get it into your eyes. Some of the thicker moisturizers will take off makeup.

PS..even with practice, I still do this on bad days

Don't worry, it happens to everybody on their first attempt!

Well tell us when you are done and show us how it turns out! We have never seen any pics of you with makeup on....And I'd like to see how good their advice was.

Aw don't worry! The first time I tried to put on mascara I was too nervous so I let my cousin. She poked me in the eye! It all got better from there!

My advice is, make sure the tip of the pencil is pretty small and also try making a few lines of it on your hand to warm it up some, makes it go on easier. That's my $.02 from an occasional eyemakeup goof!

I usually use facial moisturizer, or if that's not handy, baby oil will work. Just rinse after using baby oil.

Good Luck! I've used eyeliner for well over 10 years and believe me, it's a hard trick to master (I'm still not successful every morning). LOL

You know what..I have tried to apply eyeliner for years and I never seem to be able to do it right. So what I do now is take a darker eyeshadow and use a Q-tip to smudge it so it kinda looks like eyeliner

you know what i do?? i actually apply it on the top of the bottom of the eyelashes... it automatically blends down to the eyelashes and there you go!

do a google search for make-up tips or lessons and you'll find loads of sites that show you how to apply make up.

baby oil also removes make up but make sure you use it sparingly.

Don't sweat it kiddo. I NEVER was able to tame liquid eyeliner of any kind (I rarely wear makeup these days.) I find the eyeliner pencils a lot easier to deal with, just a plain pencil freshly sharpened (put it in the fridge for 10 minutes or so before sharpening the little sucker, makes it easier.)

If you're using a pencil, make sure it has been sharpened appropriately, and that the "lead" is soft.

Accross the top, start from the oustide corner of the eyes and draw right up against your lashes, you should feel them give a little at the pencil. draw only 1/2 way accross the lid.

on the bottom, you start from the outside and go in, but only do it 1/3 of the way.

I found liquid to be easier once I got the hang of it, because you can't do a regular pencil of you're going for certain effects that were popular in my day.

With your coloring, you may want to get some medium copper or brown eyeshadow or a copper and peach duo or something like that and a brush Dab the lightest color shadow in the corner of your eye by your nose, and below your eyebrows, and at the outer corner and they outer corner of your crease, lightly dust the darker color on.

If you use mascara, only stroke your top sets unless you want to look like twiggy. And only go over once or twice quickly else you'll clump.
