Anyone else tried the citikitty toilet?

I was wondering if anyone else has tried the citikitty product? I have two cats they seemed to not have a problem till i cut out the first hole. Then the girl cat decided to go on the carpet where her old box used to be...then the boy figured if she wasnt using the toilet ...he wasnt either. They would rather go upstairs and find the litter box than use this product. Anyone else have any helpful hints *thanks*

I bought into it. Neither of my two cats would use it, but instead thought it would be nicer to go in corners on carpet in a spare bedroom and the living room. I have since gone back to the idea that humans use toilets, not cats, and given my cats their boxes back.

With that said, I am sure with some work this is possible, but I followed the directions completely and the cats were having none of the citikitty training kit. I guess it is just one of those things where some cats won't mind it, but others won't have anything to do with it.
