I have had Abi for three weeks and her feces are always the same dark colored mini tootsie rolls. I assume this is normal. but I don't know. She free feeds dry food for kittens ( she likes hills science best) and I give her moist kitten food twice a day (approx 1-2 tsp each time) She also has a water fountain she uses and another water bowl in another room. She eliminates and eats regularly I just dont what's normal poop for a 14 week old kitty.
I need a poop mentor

I have three cats and they all produce different poop. I can tell which poop came from which cat when I clean the litterbox.

You really need only worry if your cat's stool shows mucous, blood, parasites, or if the cat has black tarry stools. If the cat is straining while passing these tootsie rolls, add some canned pumpkin to the meal. That will help. But really, it does not sound like you have to be concerned.
