Here is a new picture of Tuffy I took this morning with the new digital camera I got Yvonne for Christmas.
He is upset with me in this pic because I wanted him to look at me for the picture but he didn't know what to think of the camera so thats why he has that stern look in his eyes lol.
He is doing great since on the zithromax, his 6 weeks on the stuff is over at the end of this week. I want to take him to the vet to have his right eye looked at close to see why it still has clear drainage, looks like he is crying, and I also want to see if vet will redo the bloodwork to make sure his white count is down to normal and check for anemiea [sp?]. I really hope he is finally over all the infection and worms/parasite problems.
His problem now is he plays to rough and has my hands and arms all scratched up but its worth it to see him happy and doing normal cat stuff after being so sick for so long. When all this started I had meant to find him a good home when he was healthy, but now after all we have been through to get him well and he trusts me so much and he is my big baby that there is no way I could let him go. He is a special kitty cat, through him I got to meet and get to know alot of nice people at the vets office and have learned alot on how to take care of cats and I also probably wouldn't have found this site, I have learned so much from the people here also. I am really suprised how much intrest people have had in Tuffy's story and all he has been through on this site, It just makes him that much more special to me.
