My name is Tracy and I just found this site a few days ago. I have posted a few times, but this is my intro. I am 28, my husband is a Blackhawk pilot in the Army, he just left for Iraq a few weeks ago. I have two little girls ages 5 & 3. My oldest cat is about 6, her name is Sydney, my new kitty is 5 months old, I think his name will be Simon. I just recently lost Oliver to a horrible accident, if you want to read about it I just posted it in the Rainbow Bridge section. He was between 3 and 4 years old. He was a great friend and he is terribly missed and forever loved! I adopted all of my kitties from shelters. The most recent one Simon from our local animal control shelter. Hope to get to know everyone and I hope I can learn more about being a better furmommy!!! Merry Christmas!

Thanks for the warm welcome!!

I have been at Fort Hood since October of 04. Actually I live in Killeen. Before we came here we were at Fort Rucker Alabama...ahhh coming to Killeen felt like I was moving to a thriving metropolis, compared to Alabama. That says alot considering that I call New Jersey home!!

I feel the same way when i drive from belton to killeen lol what a difference 20 minutes can make lol!! My best friend lives in Kuma Village so I am in killeen alot not to mention that my daughter and stepsons grandma lives in killeen.

I forgot to say it earlier but WELCOME!!!! You really will love it here.. Maybe we can get together for coffee sometime
