My christmas present to myself

I am going to be a Best Friends Remote Reunion volunteer!!!!!
I should have my 1st case by December 27th.
I think that would be the best feeling to reunite a Katrina pet with its owner.

What a great thing to do

I contacted my 1st case yesterday afternoon-it was so hard to understand as the owner was crying alot-then I was crying-eek!!!
But anyhow I got the description and am waiting for a picture and now have my fingers crossed in finding this cat for the owner.

I'd be crying too. I watched an animal planet special on those reunions & bawled like a baby through the whole thing.

My eyes are tired after looking at so many cat pictures on petfinder.com (probably 2 hrs solid). Lots of pretty cats I didn't see the one I'm looking for.
Lots w/o pictures too which is frustrating as I have to call where the cats are currently located to get more info as no one has emailed me back.
Then shelters can start adopting these cats out w/o further looking for the owners??? My search continues...........
