Thoughtful Bosses- Xmas does it! j/k!

I'm just wondering if any workers here recieved any gifts from your boss? here at my workplace, (even though I am the only employee now so its a little different) we give gifts on Christmas and Birthdays.

Last year I got a card and $10 worth of scratch-its, I only won $2 on them but I really appreciated the thought.

Just this week we introduced gift vouchers to the business - I work in an internet & computer sales/repair store.

I gave my gifts of a card and two very cute flashing santa bubble pens. But I was so thankful and surprised when I recieved a card and a $100 gift voucher from my bosses!!!. I am sooooooo happy right right, my bosses ROCK! now I have to decide if I am going to buy some speakers and have some of the voucher left over to spend on other things, or blow the whole lot on a scanner and then pay the extra $19 for it. Hmmm...

Did you guys get anything?

I got a Hickory Farms gift box and a REALLY thoughtful card from my store manager. The team that I help manage gave me a $25 gift card. Neither were expected, so I was touched that they gave me anything


Money is tight right now so the gift card will help me buy a present for someone else. Probably my mom.

I am giving my manager a Yankee candle and we are getting our store manager a gift certificate to Disney World. I am at a loss for ideas for my co-worker. So far I got him a light up pen. I will have to think of something else before he comes into work at 1:00 tomorrow. I just haven't had time to do much shopping

We got very nice xmas bonuses as my boss didn't have time to shop, last year we got a pressie and $200 each
