Christmas Card from Kitties

So this year I decided to get my boyfriend two gifts for Christmas... one from me, and one from Little Pete and Shorty. Little Pete and Shorty got him a pair of binoculars he's wanted, and this is what they put in the card:

Dear Daddy -

We hope you enjoy this gift we bought...
In it, we put a lot of thought!

We searched for days for the purr-fect gift...
To give your spirits a great big lift!

Mommy helped wrap, we've no opposable thumbs...
But we helped hold the tape with our teeth and our gums!

This wonderful gift you truly deserve...
It may make you smile and can help you observe!

So go on and open it, do not delay...
This present, to you, we give today!!!

aww thats so sweet! sometimes Cheesy is good! as well as addressing xmas cards to friend, I address them too their pets as well! and when I sign a card, I also put my pets names their too

I do too, and my nephew who has a soft spot for Scully gets a card from Scully too.

My BF even got me a mothers day card from the cats!

Oh my gosh, I do that too!! I even made up their handwritings for them...even for the guinea pig! So yes I always sign all of the animals (2 cats, 1 dog & 1 guinea pig) names. And I even make out Christmas lists for them all each year in their 'paw-writing'. Tee-hee am I crazy or what?

Well I would say that is a nice poem, with lots of personality! And very creative. I think he will love it.
