I have to second this! Khepera has the sweetest little voice!

My top 5:

1. Abyssinian
2. Somali
3. Pixie-Bob
4. Tonkinese

And besides those pure breeds, I am very partial to torties (dark and dilute) of both the DSH and DLH persuasion

Not a breeder, so my favorites are based upon the cats I've been exposed to.

1. Applehead Siamese - Something about the wedge style bugs me, so I'm a traditional breed lover. I love the Siamese personality.
2. DSH/DMH/DLH - All imaginable colors, robust, and generally pleasant.
3. Japanese Bobtail - My best friend has a Bobtail mix (a rescued Singapore street cat) and she's utterly adorable.
4/5. Maine Coone & Ragdolls - Big fluffy laidback cats.
