ok the first on is called CAT SPEAK by BASH DIDRA how to communicate with cats by learning their secret language. next one is CAT OWNER'S MANUAL by DR. DAVID BRUNNER and SAM STALL operating instructions, troubleshooting tips, and advice on lifetime maintenance, it has funny charts and everything you could ever imagine

Under the cats, mostly.
I love those kinds of books - but I still think that there is no substitute for having the experience of working with and owning cats
Then you get to know them not only as animals, but as individual characters too.

Another really awesome one - `The Noble Cat' by Howard Loxton. I learnt so much the first time I picked it up, and it is a stunning book just to look at, too!
