Abi's favorite toy - made myself

I took a thin wooden dowel and attached a piece of sueded wool to it. at the end of the wool I tied a scrunchy and several very thin satin ribbons. she goes beserk when we play with it and i love when she catches it, puts it in her mouth and carries it back to her room. She can fly through the air to get it when she gets really excited , When she's getting tired she just falls over and starts to purr. then we put it away and snuggle and groom.

Those are the best cat toys -- the ones you make yourself and your cat goes crazy over.

I cut a little piece of fake fur and sewed it together and it's Tom's "mousie" -- his favorite toy. It's funny watching him carry it along with his head held high -- so proud to have caught it. I don't understand why he never tires of it; they seem to get bored with all their other toys.
