A friend of mine sent me a Perfect Petzz www.perfectpetzz.com and she checked to be sure it is not made out of real animal fur! But what is cool about this is that it breathes and purrs and will be an excellent comfort mate to the next orphaned kitten or litter that comes along. Now, if only there was some way it could nurse orphaned kittens, I would be in heaven!

I put the batteries in it and put the cat on the floor. Oliver decided to try and grab the ear and walk around with it, while Mercedes pounced on its back. Prowler decided to pull the tail and Dash just sat there and growled at it. They all freaked with the stomach started to move up and down and it began to purr- but baby orphan kittens should love this!

Those are so cute. I got a "Fur-real Friend" once but I ended up giving it to a friend's daughter. I wonder if my cats would like one of those...

That's a sweet gift.

That's so nice MA...I'm sure it'd be perfect for your next little one.

If you can keep it away from your big guys!!

I have a little girl that I am a secret santa too the past few years. She is being raised by her dad and money is tight.I often have her at the house and she loves visiting with my cats. She has wanted a cat for a few years but of course its not something her dad can handle or afford .So I was at the mall a few weeks ago and they had these. I bought her one. I know shes just going to love it. I also got her a Furby.

What a fabulous idea! Do you suppose you could use one to kind of `desensitise' puppies to cats, before exposing them to the real thing? If so, it would work perfectly in our household where we're still trying to get the puppers to stop being so interested in the cats.
