Cat leaves small poo after sleep

I am hoping someone might be able to give me some advice. My cat has, for the second time in her life, started leaving small poos where she sleeps, or sits for a long time. I dont think she knows she is doing it. She is 4yrs old, had a diet change of wet food, but stopped that when she developed a bad gas problem. She now only eats her normal dry biscuits, and is otherwise very healthy and content.
Does any one know what might be causing her to poo like this?

no...you should take her to the vet - i've never heard of anything like that in a cat this young.
