Any December 25th Birthdays?

OK, so 'fess up ... who has a December 25th birthday? Do you think it sucks having to share your birthday with such a fussy holiday? *grin*

I am doing a sort of informal, drug-store survey and would love to hear about December 25th birthdays!

Sorry, I don't, but my aunt does. Yes, she has always been bitter about it!

I've known one person with a Christmas birthday, but he never said much about it. However, just about every friend I've had with a birthday between Dec. 15 and Dec. 31 says it kind of stinks. LOL

I can't imagine why. My birthday is in July, when Kansas is hot and sticky and miserable. I would think having your birthday at a time when everybody is already in a partying mood would be FUN.

Two of my friends were born on Christmas, one on Christmas Eve, one on Christmas Day and I also have another friend born on New Years. I always try to send two gifts each year, because I know they feel slighted a bit.

One of my friend was born on Dec. 25. His parents always gave him 2 gifts for Christmas and his BD. Not me though! Also my sister was born on New Years.

My stepdads birthday is the 28th. He gets annoyed as people give him a card or a gift and say 'now thats for your birthday and Christmas'. It might be a more expensive gift but he still wants stuff to open on his birthday...
My cousins birthday is 25th December. Think he's pretty ok with it though

My cousin has a birthday on the 27th, he never likes it cuz its so close to Christmas, I must confess, I'm glad my birthday is in May!!

My ex's bday was Christmas Eve and he was bitter about it. He said they only really celebrated Christmas and didn't get too many presents but did get a cake!

My dad was born at 12:15 am on January 1, 1952. A gal he knew was born at 2 am on the same day. She passed away yesterday.
He feels jipped that he never gets a good celebration for his birthday. He says everyone is too drunk to remember that it's his birthday. lol Even I feel jipped having a birthday on Jan. 4th. I never get much in terms of gifts or anything. I don't get much in terms of a celebration either. That's OK though. To me, a birthday never was that exciting.

My ex's birthday is December 27. He never had a birthday party as a child. How sad is that? My birthday is December 6, and I think it's perfect!

My ds's birthday is December 6th. And dd was born December 2nd. We don't put up the tree or anything until after their birthdays. In fact this year, we still don't have the tree up .

I generally get my kids one present for their birthday, then lots on Christmas, so they each get the same as the kids born in April and August.

That's neat that you and my son share a birthday!

My dad's birthday is 12/25. He's always seemed pretty okay with it.

Mines Dec 22nd. I would prefer that it wasn't so close to xmas.It seems like it always gets down played as everyone is so busy doing the xmas stuff. Hubby says he has a extra special b-day present for me this year! I'll let you all know what I get...

my sisters b-day is on the 24 she doesnt really seem to mind.
she somehow ends up gretting more grandparent money though because we get christmas-money from our grandparents and a gift for our birthday but they thought it easier to just give her money for her birthday and christmas so i guess it works in advantage for her then

The only person I know whose birthday is the 25th is my boyfriend's cousin but I'm not sure how he feels about it.

My boyfriend's birthday is the 28th and he likes it. He says it gives him something to look forward to right after Christmas.

One of the Drs at work has a birthday on the 26th. She said as a child they would always have a birthday party for her in the summer. And on her actual birthday they would have a small family party with presents (not in xmas paper!).

Wow, there are a lot of Dec. birthdays in my family. My mom is the 1st, my grandfathers was the 13th, my boyfriend's dad is the 14th, his cousin's on the 25th, my uncle's on the 26th, my boyfriend on the 28th. Then there is his brother on Jan. 1 and my grandmother is Jan. 4th.

And I wonder why the holidays are such a stressful time!!!

I've a friend whose birthday is the 22nd and she's bitter about never getting presents or birthday attention.
Another friend's is on the 26th and her husband's is the 1st of January, so they both miss out on birthday celebrations!

My good friend has a December 25th birthday. She doesn't like it because she feels like she gets the short end of the stick.

When my hubby and I were trying to get pregnant, we actually stopped trying for a few months because we didn't want our child to have a birthday right around the holidays. We just felt like it's so busy this time of year.

My BF's birthday is on Christmas eve. He said growing up, he was always visiting his grandparents for Christmas on his birthday. So I always make a big deal like "these are your birthday presents and these are your Christmas presents. My b-day is Dec. 3rd so I can sort of relate. Also, my dad's b-day is Jan. 2, when everyone is broke after Christmas!
