Yes that is what I did for 6 hrs yesterday.
I have 4 different types of cracker dough chilling in the refrigerator.
I made lemon cookies using a cake mix (about 3 dozen). Maple/Date cookies (not quite 4 dozen), Pecan bars (cut in 48 teeny pieces!!) and a messy peanut butter one (only 3 doz)-those I messed up the recipe because I forgot to add the eggs!!! They taste ok but are really crumbly....
The kitchen was a diaster zone. Plus I baked a turkey for supper.
No baking today.....

Wow, move over Martha Stewart! Everything sounds so yummy. What kind of crackers are you making? Are you making those wine crackers you mentioned in another thread?

Why yes I am!!!!!
These crackers Martha features on her show last week. She calls them icebox crackers.
Blue Cheese Pecan; Parmesan Rosemary; Cheddar Cornmeal and Gruyere Thyme I'm going to hae them all.
BTW my gruyere cheese I had for a while and it did get quite hard BUT I finally used my Microplane (coarse) grater (from Wm-Sonoma $15). It worked awesome. I would have tossed the cheese away otherwise. It grated perfectly for this recipe!!!

Mmmmmmmmmmm... I just ate lunch, but those all sound delicious!
