I have an old shed that I've been using as a shelter for my ferals. I keep it filled with fresh hay and many ferals have used it over the years. Recently I notice that only one of the ferals has been using it for shelter. This morning I went in the shed to get something and there was 5 piles of poop laying on top of the hay. I never had this problem before and I was wondering if the cat was doing this or if a wild animal has been doing it. Cats are always so clean, I can't imagine the cat pooping so close to where he sleeps. It snowed two days last week and it's been below freezing all week. Mayby he just didn't want to go out in the cold? Has anybody else had this problem?
