His name is Frankie, He is a ruddy abyssinian. In those pictures he is about 7 months old. He was a small little guy when we got him. He is now 11 months old and he has gotten a little bigger, but he is a butterball. He has a real special personality, I have been thinking of getting him into a program where they take the cats to people in hospice for visits. Frankie loves going to the vet to visit the techs.. go figure. He stands on his rear legs while putting his front paws on their shoulders and gives them the biggest wettest kisses on the nose!!! This is after he gets a shot.... The little guy obviously was the runt of the litter, but he has the biggest heart. My soul cat Bubba died last year at this time, and I was heartbroken. I truly believe that Bubba had his paw in bringing Frankie to me.

Just one question? He looks so unique is his fur really short? It kinda looks like it would feel sleek or something along those lines. His hair in the pictures reminds me of my bassett hound who has sleek smooth hair.

Oh an Abby!! I don't get to see many of those and I just love them. He is sooo sweet!! Max has two Abyssinians who live with his Mum (she won't give them back...lol!) but they are `Iceberg' or silver...just gorgeous cats!
