we won the standoff!

Opie got his new drinking fountain, last week. He has continued to try to get us to turn on the kitchen faucet, though. We won't do it. I know that he has been drinking, somewhere, because I have been cleaning huge pee-clumps out of the litter box. Today, Bill managed to sneak up on Opie and caught him drinking out of the fountain. When Opie spotted Bill, he immediately took off. Bill caught him, again, after dinner. It will be a cold day in July, when we turn that faucet on, for that cat!

Sounds like Opie is going to have an attitude about this one for a long time! :tounge2: :tounge2: :tounge2: :tounge2:

Cats have the most attitude of any animal I have ever had! At least he's come to terms and is drinking out of it! Well done:tounge2:

We're on to other "battles" now. I rearramged the living room, Saturday and moved "his" chair. He's been trying to get me to move it back. Opie's, also, getting put out, because I have the nerve, to sit on Bill's lap. Opie is convinced that is HIS spot. OK, as long as I don't want to sit there!
