Hi and thanks for the welcome messages from the mentors.

I'm a first time cat owner, I gave him a home when his mum died when he was five weeks old and now he's about ten weeks old. He's a little ginger and white tabby that I've called Rafe.

Basically I'm having behavioural problems with him and I joined the forum to read up the various advices here. He's a little aggressive sod and is either sleeping on me or going batty and attacking my feet and hands regardless of what I try. I tried separating him into a different room when he was over excited but that didn't seem to help, and now I'm using the blowing air in his face method when he attack my hands, but that doesn't help when he's attacking my feet and anyway doesn't appear to be changing his behaviour.

Anyway I'll keep reading hear and see if something helpful shows up.

You did the right thing posting in the behaviour forum. Sounds to me though like you hae a perfectly normal little kitten there who is into everything. They do calm down eventually, then you miss all that kittenish playfulness

Welcome!

Rafe sounds very cute but is acting like a typical kitten.
