Tomorrow is the day that my little Harley gets fixed!

I have to take away his food tonight (he will go NUTS!!) and only water til the morning....and then I take him in at 7:30AM and can't pick him up until Wednesday afternoon! I'm going to miss my little devil so much!!

I just hope that everything goes okay....he gets his shots and is going to be fixed...but NO DECLAW!!

The lady asked me, like it was a side dish or something...."So do you want a declaw with that?!" NO WAY, was my answer, haha!

Good Harley vibes would be much appreciated, I know all will be fine, but still, leaving him over night for this will be eating me up alive til I can pick him up on Wednesday!

Aaww how pampered is Harley he gets his own feather pillow!
I'm sure he'll be fine and will recover quickly.
The lady asked me, like it was a side dish or something...."So do you want a declaw with that?!"
Yeah, it still amazes me how widespread and acceptable this practice is!

Harley will be just fine -- but some vibes never hurt, do they? So Lotsa vibes for the boy, and especially for his Mum not to worry.

I agree, I will never have him declawed!!

I just cant believe how they offer it like that, I bet so many people have it done cuz they don't have the proper information about it, just like I didn't have, until I found TCS!!

Good vibes to Harley - maybe they will let you leave the pillow for him - or a t shirt you've worn that's got your smell on it?

O Harley!!!! Your a big boy already! I know you will do just fine
Take it easy and listen to your meowmy

I am so glad you said NO to the declaw thing. Why on earth would you want to put your kitty in unneccasary (sp) pain all for the sake of some scratched up furniture or whatever the case may be.And the way they just casually threw it out there like hey you want fries with that, is just bogus.

Don't worry about little Harley baby
he will do just fine.

Do they let you do that? I was thinking of taking something with him so he will feel 'at home', you know? like his little Harley Davidson ball that he adores-just to have it with him, but I wasn't sure if they would let us do that?

I would at least ask. I put the stuff in the carrier just to take them to the vet, but my vet doesn't make them stay overnight. I don't think it would be a problem except for maybe "sanitary" reasons, LOL, but I would think they'd want a more mellow, relaxed cat.
