I know that certain ways cats will hold their ears and certain changes in a cat's tail movement are the ways they communicate with us.

My top cat, Eddie has started going around the house with his long-haired tail coiled up under him...it looks nice, but WHAT the heck is Eddie trying to tell me?

I have never seen a cat do this in all my 55 years of loving cats!

I know that with dogs this is usually a sign of submission and I think it's the same with cats too. Do you have more than one cat? Maybe they got into a 'argument' over dominance?

I have 11 cats in my house...but Eddie (the cat who is doing this coiled up tail thing) is the Top Cat....no one intimidates him. Eddie is a very unique cat, from his exta toe on each front paw to way he almost can communicate with me or anyone. I can't imagine him having a dominance problem going on..but I sure will take more notice and see if I can pick up on something

THANKS for your input
