Having Problems posting Pics

Can't seem to be able to post pics justnow or get the smilies to work. It was all working the other day. When I click on either Insert Image or one of the smilies, nothing happens.

Can anyone shed any light on what could be wrong please? The only one's that seem to be working are the Post Icons.

Most likely you have to clear your cache. I had to do the same thing.

Thanks. Cleared out the cache as suggested. Everything working fine now
