Toliet Training

Hello all.

I am very interested in toliet training my cats! Do any of you have your cats toliet trained? If so how did you do it. Is there any kits or books you reccomend?

Petsmart used to sell and I think still does the toliet training "kit"... good luck.. how old are the kitties getting trained

The kitties who I would like to train...that of course will be up to them!! Are all under 3 years old.

from what I have heard anyone over six months is really hard to toliet train

No, i think that people have had success at up to 15 years old. It just depends on the individual cat.

i've never tried.
but i found an article online, the method they use seems reasonable

Some of the books I have looked up on amazon...said to start them about 6 months and up to 10 years...cats older than 10 could be trained it would just take longer!

wow ... I just gave info that was avail when myu 17 yr old was a baby..

I think what really matters, Petkeeper, is that your cats are smart and willing to learn. Try googling it.

I think the willing issue is right on target
