Really big tummy. Pregnant?

Hello and thank you for the great advice. I again question my kittens very large tummy. She is a really hungry one, everytime I go to the kitchen she thinks its feeding time even if she was fed half hour ago. Meals are 3 times a day, but her tummy is big and it feels kinda hard its not a soft tummy. She is fixed, but if she was prego how would I know.

If she has been spayed, I wouldn't think she could be pregnant. Is she even expsosed to whole males? The biggest sign to pregnancy is enlarged nipples.
If she is large and is eating a whole lot, I would take her to the vet for a checkup. She could have worms or enlarged bowels.

Thank so much. Only her rear nipples are swollen. Shes not large her body seems normal for a kitten, but her tummy is not porpotional. Also she eats regularly not a whole lot. We do have a boy who is not neutered. Would I notice if she had worms?

You may not notice if she has worms. Sometimes it can take quite ahwile for you to see them in stool or they will vomit them up if they become bad enough. The classic symptoms of roundworm are bloating and eating excessively.
