I have decided that cats have great memories!

My two were dead asleep. It's time for their afternoon deep naps, so I figured that's the best time to start wrapping presents, right? WRONG!

Now I haven't wrapped anything since last Christmas. Nothing. OK, well, maybe a birthday present for Earl.
Maybe. But I get the stuff out of the closet for wrapping presents, and Trent is OUT IN THE LIVING ROOM before I could even pull the presents out of the bags! Gosh, I'm so glad these particular presents are going to a fellow cat lover. She will understand the ripped edges on the paper, and the teeth marks on the ribbons and bows.

Now my biggest problem is that I have kitty toys to wrap - ones that are not for MY cats! How in the heck do I convincen them that I don't want to give away pre-played with (and drooled on) toys?!?!

I have the same problem every year too!!!
When wrapping gifts I am never alone....I always have some 'help'. So, needless to say, my gifts sometimes come with a few teeth or scratch marks and maybe a few stray cat hairs. Oh well....everyone who knows me knows that I am the 'crazy cat lady' anyway
