I Want A Hippopotamus for Christmas has been running through my head and I've been driving Mom crazy by singing bits and pieces of it.

What song would you like to list?

How about "Grandma got run over by a Reindeer" ...also one of the local stations always plays a song about Domenic the Italian Christmas Donkey.

I've had the Chipmunks Christmas song running through my head while doing laundry today... go figure...

i grew up listening to Dr. Demento, so I have collections of songs he's played on his radio program... including a Christmas CD... muaahaahaahaa!!!!

Christmas At Ground Zero, by Weird Al, Jingle Bells, by the Singing Dogs...

Also, the Bob Rivers Christmas CD's... my favorites being The Chimney Song and The Twelve Pains of Christmas... must haves for all the warped music lovers out there...

Just a few... heh heh heh.

Oh, yes, "Grandma Got Run Over by A Reindeer". A perennial fav of my niece and nephew. My sister has a musical reindeer that sings it and rocks (in a rocking chair).

Here are the words.. lol Its sooo cute.

Mom made beans for dinner
You know I ate 'em all
She said come get your coat on we're goin to the Mall
You're gonna visit Santa and sit upon his knee
But all that I could think about was how not to cut the cheese

Waiting there for Santa
thought that I'd exploed
The gasbubble grew bigger with every "Ho, Ho, Ho"
Tried my best to hide thought i was doing swell
But when i sit down on santa's lap he hololered " What's that SMELL!!"

(Chorus)
I farted on Santa's lap now Christmas is gonna stink for me
I farted on Santa's lap now I'll get ----- under my Christmas Tree

I asked him for a baseball
I asked him for a bat
I asked him for some ice skates but ill get none of that
I asked him for a lot of things I'll have to do without
'Cause when I sat down on Santa's lap
I let one slip out

(Chorus)

On Christms Eve I snuck out of my bed without a sound
Went down to the living room just to take a look around
It was then that i saw Santa next to the Christmas tree
His arms were full of presents and they were all for me
Put them in a pile got up to turn around
and blew a fart with such great force our tree almost came down
and so Ill always cherish that special moment when
I relized even old St. Nick rips one now and then

I farted on Santa's lap and Christmas didn't stink for me
I farted on Santa's lap and Santa left one on my Christmas Tree

There's a slightly off-color one called "Here Comes Fatty Claus", that I like. It was on the jukebox, at my local shot-and-a-beer joint.
