I left in kitty's reach, a raisin roll in a ziploc bag. He chewed through the bag to get to the roll and ate a little bit of both. Will my fresh lil' boy be okay?

Raisins are toxic to dogs and cats, but they have to eat a fair amount. I would also be concerned about the plastic. I have one cat that will actually fip off the bread box cover and go after the plastic wrap and the bread. I now keep my bread in the refrigerator or the cupboard.

Just watch your kitten closely for signs that he doesn't feel well

He did just finish eating his dinner and when I came home from work he was his usual silly self. I will watch him closley through the night and for a few days. It didn't look like he ate too much of either (roll or ziploc bag) Thanks for the reply.....

He's probably fine. Raisins and plastic can both cause serious problems but they have to eat a fair amount.

Beware of kitties and baked goods. I kid you not - one of my cats once watched my co-worker put a piece of cornbread in her drawer and as soon as the coast was clear, Onyx opened the drawer, unwrapped the cornbread, and started eating it. I only wish I were making this up!
