What color collar should I get Lily?

I have been looking into getting Lily a collar for Christmas. I know she will need a new one soon as hers is getting to be in bad shape(that & it is boring). Right now, she has a bright pink collar. I am hoping to get some nail caps to color coordinate with her new collar. After all, I would want my baby to be a fashion disaster!

What color do you like on brown & black tabbys?

Have you ever looked on ebay for cat collars? There are people that actually design cat collars on there!!
They are beautiful!!

I like red on brown tabbies, but I'm sure she'd look good in any color.

Y'know, I've often wondered if there might be a market for custom cat collars. I do beadwork, and I'd love to try making collars to either blend into or accent a kitty's fur.

Have you ever seen Swarovski's fire-opal crystals? The most dazzling, vivid tangerine blended with gold...just spectacular! That would be gorgeous, sparkling against your kitty's fur...

Carol, can you explain these a little more? Do they make collars with them?

Bigcatfan, I don't have an eBay account, I might get one, though. I want to see what they have in Pet Expo(the pet store), but I dunno when I will get there. Hopefully this weekend.

I am considering getting Twitch a collar. What color for her? Turquoise to accent her beautiful blue eyes?

Under the cats, mostly.
on a golden tabby like I'm assuming Lily is - I reckon a really really good strong colour would be wonderful! There are a couple here that I just adore - in a very deep purple velvet and a deep bottle green velvet.... mmm.... or how about a nice red - it is Christmas after all!

Well, I am going to Pet Expo(the pet store) today. I am hoping to find a collar there. I will let you know if I get one & what color.
BTW- I like the dark purple idea, but then she'd match the dogs!

Swarovski crystals are top-of-the-line leaded crystal beads used in making beaded jewelry. I don't use them often, because they're pretty expensive, and because I object to the economic manipulations of the Austrian manufacturer... but they are undeniably beautiful.

Here's a color chart that shows many of Swarovski's crystal colors -- but their brilliance can't be captured in a photo, especially not online. Even if you don't want a crystal collar, this chart has some great colors that will surely inpire you in choosing a color for your kitty!

Cable is currently wearing a red collar with white hearts - looks very pretty against her black/silver coloring... i like the collar to complement the coat - Pixel is wearing a black & white zebra pattern, & Java's has monarch butterflies on it. since i haven't found one similar to Cable's coloring, i put the red one on here, & it looks good. they all wear beastie bands. this place lets you choose the background color as well as the pattern.

I like the Beastie Band collars as well. They have a wide variety of fun prints available. I picked Dori up a pink one when I was in Atlanta that said "Princess Kitty" all over with yellow crowns. Something about that collar though, and I don't know if it was the neoprene smell or what, caused her to constantly try and lick it while it was on her neck
She ruined it with her rough tongue.
She has a Christmas collar on right now. I try to dress her up for the holidays
