Our Katrina kitties

Thought you all might like to see the kitties our coordinator brought back from New Orleans. They were all rescued by Best Friends. These poor babies are so traumatized, so we're going to hold on to them for a little while before doing adoptions.

Awww! I wish I could take in Timmy and Trixie. They are all adorable. I need to win the lottery so I can afford to become an animal santuary for kitties.

And tough for surving what so many animals and humans could not!!

They are very sweet poor babies,. Were they strays or perhaps lost pets? It's so very heart braking to just think of how many didn't even have a chance

We don't know for sure, just that they're all older kittens - probably 7 or 8 months old. Best Friends took care of getting them fixed, vaccinated and tested, so we just need to work them a little bit to get them calmed down.
I'm with you, it's heartbraking to think of those that couldn't be saved, but at least we can be sure these four get good homes.

They are just precious! I hope they all find wonderful homes and receive all the love they deserve!
