claw clipping done. I DID IT !!!

you old hands at this cat care thing must smile when we nervous nellies report having done this successfully. After buying cat clippers and playing furiously with her with her favorite home made ribbon ball attached to a teaser stick, we sat down for a nap. as soon as she fell asleep i just pressed those pretty little paws and got the job done. no blood. no yelps. no panic on my part.

Good for you! I am scared to clip my kitties nails. I am afraid of cutting too far or hurting them.

It was far easier than I thought, I did it while she was napping and she hardly budged.

congrats, the first time is un-nerving, I was scared stupid that I might hurt one of my cats. No i'm fine with it.

I'm too chicken to do it myself...i think if i had someone to really show me i'd feel better about it but i'm just way too nervous! Yippie for you!
