Red Nipple question

They start to get pink and big at 21 days into the pregnancy. Some cats continue to get bigger and pinker, some don't
Usually at about three weeks or so into the pregnancy you might notice the nipples "pinking up" - since the gestation period is a little over two months, that would be about 5 or so weeks to go before anticipated delivery.

They wont be red they will just be pink. You can feel milk anytime from about 10 days till she's due to only minutes before she's due. It depends on the individual cat.
