Well, I love spring, but oh boy, now comes hay fever season. Actually, I can't afford to go to the doctor to get some relief such claritin, allegra, or my fave-zyrtec. So I will have to do with over the counter medicine until I can get a doctor. Just last monday, I was feeling lousy. I couldn't keep my eyes open and they were teary. I thought because I was tired. Then comes the sneezing. I've been sneezing all week, 24 hours a day! And now, my nose starts to itch. I am now expecting my ears to ring. I couldn't sleep at night because the congestion in the nose. I can't take any allergy medication until 7 at night because I get really drowsy. Whem I get my career going, I will try and get allergy shots.

And I've been drinking alot of water and going ot the bathroom.

Boy, do I hear you Alicia! I called in sick yesterday because my allergies have been draining the heck out of me. Then today when I got up it was really bad, but I don't like calling in sick two days in a row so I went in. I started taking Benadryl yesterday, which hasn't worked worth a flip, and I was feeling so bad at work this morning that I called the doctor and thank my lucky stars they had an appointment today. So, I went and they gave me a perscription for Allegra D. I think the worst thing about these spring alleries is how tired it makes me feel.

A few years ago, my dr. prescribed Claritin-D 12 hour. I won't take it anymore because it made my heart race
Plus, it knocks you out good, too, which I guess is good when you aren't feeling well. But, the racey heart is what turned me off. I've also taken the nasal sprays, which seem to work.
